Food
In Ayurveda food and drinks are classified according to their taste - sweet, salty, spicy, sour, hot, cold and bitter - and thus by their influence on the doshas. All tastes should be represented in each meal, but within the proportionally specific requirements for each individual guest.
Diet recommended by the doctors or can order your own selection each meal time, with a member of staff on hand to advise you on the suitability of specific foods, herbs and spices for you and to help you select dishes.
Ayurvedic food is both healthy and delicious! The dishes our cooks prepare will surprise and delight you in their variety and delicacy. Or multi-cuisine kitchen offers local Keralan specialties, European and Chinese dishes and caters for vegan, vegetarian and non-vegetarian. We are happy to accommodate any special dietry
requirements.
